A: This is a 7″ universal Carplay screen just fix it on the center console.

Q:Why doesn’t the screen light up?
A:Check whether the power supply is plugged in properly；The Voltage shoule be 12V and please use the professional car charger to power if you connect via the USB cable the device will restarting automatically.

Q:Can I use the rear camera of the original car/other brand?

A:No only the rear camera of Jansite is supported the camera of the original car/other brands is not suitable for the device.

Q:How to connect wireless Carplay/Android Auto?

A:1.Click Carplay or Android Auto to enter the connection page

2.Turn on the WIFI and Bluetooth of the Phone search the Bluetooth device of the Carplay screen click use Carplay or Android Auto.

Q:Does the device support download Apps? Can I use YouTube?

A:No the device don’t have android system can’t support download Apps can’t support use YouTube.

Q:Does the device has GPS Navigation Apps?

A:No the device don’t have GPS Navigation Apps itself. You can use the Phone’s

GPS Navigation after connect Carplay or Android Auto.

A:Yes in Carplay/Android Auto mode supports Siri/Google voice control.

Q:Why is there noise in the AUX/FM output sound?

A: A few car models have AUX/FM noise issues which are caused by signal interference or compatibility problems. Suggest using the latest Bluetooth audio output.
