Initial Setup Guide
- Mount the Camera
- Use the included screws to install the camera in the desired location; it also supports side mounting if needed.
- Connect the camera to power using the power adapter and 5m extension cable.
- Install the FFvideo App
- Download and install the “FFvideo” app on your smartphone (compatible with iOS and Android).
- Connect Camera to WiFi
- Once powered on, the camera will enter pairing mode automatically.
- Open the FFvideo app and select “Add New Device.”
- On the WiFi setup screen, choose your 2.4GHz WiFi network (please note that 5GHz is not supported) and enter the password.
- Pair Using QR Code
- A QR code will display on your phone screen. Hold this code in front of the camera to transfer WiFi settings.
- After the camera recognizes the QR code, wait until the connection is established.
- Adjust Camera and Test Functionality
- Use the app to control the camera’s PTZ (pan, tilt, zoom) functions. Test its 360° field of view and verify the 10x optical zoom for close and distant monitoring.
- Configure Features
- Image Modes: Test different modes like Smart, Infrared, and Color to see daytime and nighttime images.
- Human and Vehicle Detection: Enable AI-powered motion detection, human tracking, and alert functions.
- Real-Time Alerts: Activate motion detection alerts to receive notifications on your phone.
- Storage Setup
- Insert a TF card (up to 128GB) or enable cloud storage (paid option) to save videos.
- Sharing Access
- Configure account sharing so family or friends can view the real-time footage.
Important Notes
- This camera does not support ONVIF protocol for NVR or DVR integration, so please use the FFvideo app exclusively.
- Ensure you connect to a 2.4GHz WiFi network as 5GHz is not supported.
Five lens & Four screen design
* This cctv camera achieves real-time monitoring of four images. The first image is a pan tilt camera while the second third and fourth lens images are fixed position cameras.
You can click on the fixed position camera in the video where you want to zoom in and the pan tilt camera will move to the specified position.
