Four knobs control the overall volume gain tone and voicing of the pedal. At lower settings the pedal offers extremely light overdrive sounds reminiscent of tube amps set near the “sweet spot.” At higher settings the Zdrive increases in gain and sustain producing tasty overdrive and low distortion tones. PANEL FUNCTION

CONTROLS: VOLUME: Moving the knob clockwise increases the amount of “master volume” output coming from the pedal.

GAIN: Moving the knob clockwise increases the amount of clipping gain or “distortion” coming from the pedal.

TONE: Moving the knob clockwise changes the tone (increased treble) after being clipped (gain added) by op-amp.

VOICE: Moving the knob clockwise changes the tone (increased treble) of the signal before being clipped (gain added) by the op-amps.
